Article 1

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Capitalised terms not defined elsewhere in this document carry the meanings set out below.

Article 2

Account Registration & Eligibility

Registration on the kg999p Platform is open to natural persons who satisfy all of the eligibility criteria set out in this Article. By completing the registration process and creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet each of the following requirements and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an Account on kg999p, you must at all times:

• Be a natural person of at least 18 years of age. Corporate entities, trusts, and non-human legal persons are not eligible to hold an Account.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of kg999p or any of its affiliated entities.
• Not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order issued by kg999p or have previously been permanently banned from the Platform for breach of these Terms.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contractual obligations in your jurisdiction of residence.

2.2 Registration Process & Accuracy

During registration you will be asked to provide personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You agree that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and belongs exclusively to you. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. kg999p reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or inconsistent with identity documents submitted during KYC verification.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one active Account on the kg999p Platform at any time. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or through any other mechanism designed to circumvent this restriction — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, kg999p may close all but the earliest registered Account, withhold any winnings obtained across duplicate Accounts, and permanently ban the Player from re-registering.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. kg999p will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. kg999p will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

2.5 KYC Verification

kg999p conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to confirm each Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership prior to processing withdrawal requests. Players may be asked to submit government-issued photographic identification (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame following a request from kg999p may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Article 3

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kg999p Platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). kg999p does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process. The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals made through your kg999p Account.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kg999p currently accepts deposits and withdrawal requests via the following approved payment channels:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Card Payments: Visa and Mastercard (where supported by your issuing bank)

kg999p reserves the right to add, remove, or temporarily suspend any payment method at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to available payment methods via the cashier page or a platform-wide notice.

3.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The maximum single deposit amount is determined by the payment method used and displayed at the cashier at the time of the transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within a reasonable processing window depending on the payment method selected. kg999p does not charge a platform-side deposit fee. Third-party fees charged by your payment provider are outside kg999p's control.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
• kg999p reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds at any time as part of its internal compliance obligations.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. Where this is not possible, kg999p will contact the Player to arrange an alternative channel.
• Withdrawals will only be processed after KYC verification has been completed to kg999p's satisfaction. Submitting a withdrawal request before completing KYC will place the request in a pending queue until verification is finalised.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1 to 3 business days from the point at which the request is approved by the kg999p payments team. Processing times for specific payment methods are displayed in the cashier.
• kg999p will not process a withdrawal of Bonus Funds or winnings generated from Bonus Funds until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

Article 4

Bonus & Promotional Terms

kg999p offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cricket cashback promotions, free spins equivalents, and seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladeshi cultural events. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this Article, as well as any specific terms communicated at the point of the promotional offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in relation to that specific offer only.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotional offer, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be staked using Bonus Funds — or in some cases the combined deposit and bonus amount — before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotional terms published on the Platform at the time of the offer.

• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement. Live casino table games, sports bets, and certain other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution rate for each game category is displayed in the promotional terms.
• Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire after the period stated in the promotional terms. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Real-money funds in your Account balance are used before Bonus Funds when you place a wager, unless the promotional mechanic specifically requires Bonus Funds to be staked first. The cashier page confirms the order of funds applied to each wager.

4.2 Bonus Abuse & Collusion

kg999p actively monitors Account activity to detect patterns indicative of bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage betting, or collusion between Players for the purpose of exploiting promotional terms. Where such patterns are identified, kg999p reserves the right to void the associated bonus and any winnings generated from it, close the implicated Account or Accounts, and permanently restrict the Player or Players from future promotions. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests with kg999p's compliance team and is made at our sole and reasonable discretion.

4.3 Promotional Eligibility

kg999p reserves the right to determine Player eligibility for any promotional offer. Welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only. Reload bonuses and ongoing promotions are available to Players meeting the stated activity and deposit criteria at the time of the promotion. Players who have previously abused bonus terms, who are subject to any form of Account restriction, or who have not completed KYC verification may be excluded from promotional eligibility at kg999p's discretion.

Article 5

Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games and sports betting markets available on the kg999p Platform are governed by the individual game rules published within each game's interface, and by the general fair use principles set out in this Article. By participating in any game or placing any wager on the Platform, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules as well as these Terms.

5.1 Game Outcomes & RNG Certification

All slot games, virtual table games, and other software-driven titles available on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The RNG certification for each game is the responsibility of the game studio — Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, Spribe, Play'n GO, and other partners — each of whom maintains their own independent certification from recognised testing laboratories. RTP figures for individual titles are accessible within each game's information panel. kg999p does not modify, override, or interfere with game outcomes produced by the licensed game software.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on the Platform, including BPL cricket, IPL, T20 World Cup, international football, kabaddi, and hockey, are governed by the specific sports rules and market settlement rules published in the sports betting section of the Platform. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared void before completion of the minimum required play, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport rules. kg999p's decision on the settlement of disputed sports betting outcomes is final, subject to the formal complaint procedure described in Article 8.

5.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a game or platform malfunction — including server errors, software bugs, or connectivity failures mid-round — kg999p's policy is to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. Winnings generated during a round that was interrupted by a technical failure on the part of kg999p's platform infrastructure may not be honoured where the interruption materially affected the fairness or completion of the game. Where a technical failure is attributable to the Player's own device or internet connection, kg999p's standard settlement of the game outcome at the point the connection was lost will apply, based on available server-side records.

Article 6

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the kg999p Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct — whether directly, indirectly, or in combination with other persons — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation, potential permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register, access, deposit, or wager while under 18 years of age, or facilitating a person under 18 in doing so.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same identity or a different identity, for any purpose including circumventing account restrictions or claiming multiple welcome bonuses.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification, impersonating another person, or using stolen or fabricated identity documents.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from criminal activity, or using the deposit and withdrawal facilities as a mechanism for currency exchange, fund cycling, or any other activity unrelated to genuine gaming participation.
• Automated Betting Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place wagers, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human Players. This includes the use of third-party software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, share information to gain an unfair advantage in live dealer games, or otherwise work in concert to exploit the Platform or its promotions.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank, mobile financial service, or card issuer for any deposit that has been used to place wagers on the Platform. Chargebacks initiated without a legitimate dispute basis will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in debt recovery action.
• Hacking & System Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform infrastructure, other Players' Accounts, or kg999p's backend systems. Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, reverse-engineer games, or tamper with game outcomes is prohibited and may result in criminal referral.
• Abusive Conduct: Using threatening, abusive, offensive, or discriminatory language toward kg999p support staff, live dealer employees, or other Players through any Platform communication channel.

Article 7

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kg999p's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7.1 Exclusions of Liability

Subject to applicable law, kg999p excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage:

• Loss of profits, loss of anticipated winnings, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential financial loss arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from interruption of the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, server downtime, third-party infrastructure failure, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, regulatory action, or telecommunications failure.
• Losses attributable to the Player's own failure to safeguard Account credentials, resulting in unauthorised access to the Account.
• Losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the Platform including odds, statistics, scores, or game rules where such information contains errors introduced by a third-party data provider.
• Any tax liability incurred by the Player in their jurisdiction of residence as a result of winnings or gambling activity conducted on the Platform. Players are solely responsible for complying with any applicable tax obligations in their jurisdiction.

7.2 Platform Availability

kg999p does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We undertake commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and to notify Players of planned maintenance windows in advance. However, we make no warranty, express or implied, as to the continuous availability of the Platform or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

Article 8

Amendments & Termination

8.1 Amendments to These Terms

kg999p reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top of the document. Where a change is sufficiently material, we may additionally notify registered Players by email or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance before the revised Terms take effect.

8.2 Account Closure by the Player

You may close your kg999p Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by email. Upon receipt of a valid Account closure request, kg999p will process any remaining real-money balance to your registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification being complete. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days. Bonus Funds present in the Account at the time of closure will be forfeited unless they have met the applicable wagering requirements.

8.3 Account Closure by kg999p

kg999p reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: the Player has breached these Terms; the Player has provided false or misleading information; fraudulent, suspicious, or prohibited activity has been detected on the Account; the Player has initiated unwarranted chargeback claims; or kg999p determines in good faith that continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. Where an Account is closed by kg999p for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance will be returned to the Player following completion of KYC verification. Where an Account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, kg999p reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where applicable, apply them as partial satisfaction of any debt owed to kg999p.

8.4 Survival of Terms

The following provisions of these Terms shall survive the closure or termination of your Account for any reason: Article 1 (Definitions), Article 6 (Prohibited Conduct) to the extent relevant to any pending investigation, Article 7 (Limitation of Liability), and this Article 8.4. Any obligation incurred by either party prior to Account closure shall remain binding after closure.

8.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotional rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and kg999p with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, arrangements, or understandings between the parties. No oral statements, marketing materials, or customer support interactions shall be construed as forming part of this agreement unless confirmed in writing by kg999p. If any provision of these Terms is held by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
